Behaviour
Here at Woodlands, we believe that a calm, kind and consistent approach to supporting behaviour improves behaviour over time. We have developed our Woodland Behaviour Curriculum in conjunction with our values, ethos, behaviour policy and teaching and learning policy. Our Behaviour Curriculum sets out how we explicitly teach and model the behaviour we expect children to demonstrate in the classroom, around school and in the playground. Children need explicit teaching of these skills so that our pupils can grow into respectful, responsible and resilient adults.
Please watch the three presentations and read our policies in the policies section of the website to understand our beliefs and approach.
